IsWhatIGot/Etsy Orders are fully insured but alll Loss Claims for shipments sent via the USPS or another shipping consolidator must wait 20 calendar days (for Domestic shipments) or 40 calendar days (for International shipments) before filing a claim. Please note if by unfortunate circumstance order merchandise has been lost or stolen after a delivery confirmation has been made IsWhatIGot is not responsible for theft or loss of delivered merchandise. The buyer is responsible for providing a secure site for mail delivery. IsWhatIGot is not responsible for lost or detained merchandise due to an expired, incomplete, unknown or inaccessible address given or if the addressee has gone away preventing any delivery attempt. The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address with their shipping order. The buyer is required to provide a first and last name with their IsWhatIGot Order Info. Merchandise with a value of $80.00 or more may require a Signature Confirmation prior to delivery. USPS Media Rate & Priority Mail 2nd Day Shipments are fully insured. Every shipment includes a Delivery Confirmation # for tracking purposes. IsWhatIGot also offers Express Shipping for both foreign & domestic mail. Most items are shipped USPS Domestic Media Rate & or 2-3 Day Priority Mail & USPS Standard & Priority International Rate. The original order Shipping Total is not eligible to be applied to a Return to Sender Refund. The Reactivation Fee is 20% of the Total Item Purchase Price. Please note a Reactivation Fee will be applied and deducted from the Item Total that is to be refunded. Merchandise that goes unclaimed and has been Returned to Sender is eligible for a refund upon request from the Buyer up to 6 months from the date of the original purchase. Please note some fees may apply for Refunds & Cancellations. Otherwise order merchandise must be returned back to IsWhatIGot within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date prior to a receiving a Return Refund. IsWhatIGot will authorize a Cancellation Request Refund only if the request is made prior to the Order Shipment. If necessary Cancellation Requests are accepted. IsWhatIGot does not provide or process Return Shipping Labels.
